Transportation to and from Hyatt Regency and Natcher Conference Center

We will provide bus transportation, via Dillion Bus Service, from the Hyatt Regency Hotel to Natcher Conference Center for speakers/moderators and meeting participants that are staying at the Hyatt.

The bus will go directly to the NIH Visitor Center (Gateway Center, # 66 on the NIH Campus Map attached). You will go through the Visitor Center to obtain your visitor pass and go through security. Your name has already been entered into the security system but you do need a picture ID with you. When you exit the Visitors Center you will then walk over to the Natcher Conference Center which is located directly behind the Visitors Center (see NIH Campus Map link on our website).

We will not assume you are taking the bus. It is there for your convenience. We will not use a check list or look for you if you are not on board.

METRO service is also available to the NIH campus. The Red Line Metro runs directly from the Hyatt (Bethesda metro stop) to NIH Medical Center. You can take the Red line and exit at Medical Center. It will put you at the Visitor Center. (see Metro Map link on our website).

Transportation and travel information update:

We are looking forward to seeing you in October! Our website has the current agenda and logistics information for speakers. Please check there for updates. http://event.cabezongroup.com/meeting/2009/ISNN/logistics.asp

We have had many questions regarding travel and ground transportation. We are NOT pre-arranging ground travel services from the airports to the Hyatt hotel. You are on your own in getting to and from the airport. We have listed ground transportation services below for your convenience. Your ground travel will be reimbursed, in keeping with the federal regulations, as described and outlined by Ms. Chrishonna Scott through the government travel authorization process. Rental cars are not authorized for reimbursement.

Please plan to take a taxi, or shuttle service to the Hyatt. Please keep your receipts for reimbursement purposes for any costs over $75.

Your ticketed itinerary and your approved travel authorization will be sent to you by Ms. Chrishonna Scott, via email, on October 13 and 14.
